What is a Lasting Power of Attorney?<\/h4>

There are two types of LPA:<\/p>\n

  • Property and Financial Affairs LPA<\/strong>
    Allows your attorney(s) to manage matters such as bank accounts, investments, property, and bills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Health and Welfare LPA<\/strong>

        When should I make an LPA?<\/h4>

        An LPA can only be made while you have mental capacity, so it is sensible to put arrangements in place sooner rather than later \u2014 regardless of age or health.<\/p>\n

            We offer clear, fixed fees for preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, which will be confirmed at the outset. Our fees reflect the level of advice, drafting, and support involved.<\/p>\n

            Please note that Office of the Public Guardian registration fees are set by the government and are payable in addition (currently \u00a392 per LPA registration).<\/p>\n

            Our pricing starts at \u00a3450 plus VAT for preparing LPAs \u2013 we also offer Estate planning packages.<\/p>\n
