    Our residential conveyancing service covers standard home purchases and sales across Sussex and beyond. We help you manage all legal aspects of transferring property ownership, including title investigations, contract preparation, searches, and completion arrangements.

    Please note: We no longer handle new build transactions or leasehold properties (including those that have a share in the freehold).

    Fees and Costs

    Our residential conveyancing fees start at £1,350 plus VAT. This starting figure relates to standard work and gives you a transparent baseline — we will agree a tailored fee with you before we begin.

    In addition to our fees, the following may also apply. We explain these clearly upfront:

    • Land Registry document and registration fees,
    • Stamp Duty Land Tax
    • Various search fees
    • Indemnity insurance premiums
